These terms apply when you use dearmomentsco.com or order from Dear Moments Co. By placing an order you agree to them.
Your details
You don't need an account to order. Please give us accurate contact details at checkout so we can reach you about your order, and keep the order link we email you private - anyone with it can view that order.
Your photos
You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them. You keep all rights to your photos; you give us permission to use them only to print and deliver your order. We may refuse to print content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights.
Orders and payment
Prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES). An order is confirmed once payment has been received. Personalised photobooks are made specially for you, so once production has started they can't be cancelled or refunded unless they arrive damaged or with a printing fault on our side.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery times are estimates. If you choose pickup, please collect your order from the pickup point you selected.
Problems with an order
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll put it right with a reprint, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
